Before You Cancel
If you’re thinking about canceling, there might be another option that works better for you.
🔄 Change your Next Occurrence Date
Need to adjust when your next renewal happens? No problem! Just reach out to our Support Team, and we’ll help you update your renewal date to something that fits your schedule.
⏸️ Pause Your Membership
If you just need a little time off, you can pause your STRĀ Membership instead of canceling. While your membership is paused, it stays active — no charges will occur until you decide to reactivate. Note: If your membership remains paused beyond your next scheduled renewal date, it will automatically expire.
How to Pause or Cancel Your Hero VIP Membership
Log in to your account here.
From your Account Page, select Membership Management in the menu.
On your membership, click See More Details.
Choose what you’d like to do:
To Pause: Click the Pause Membership button.
To Cancel: Scroll to the Cancel Membership section and click Cancel Membership.
In the confirmation pop-up, select Yes to finalize your choice.
